Well, my weekly goal of 20 miles from last week to today was not to be. I am struggling to get up early enough to run before the day starts. Ideally, I'd like to run at 530am and be finishing up at BS at 7 with a quick dip before heading home for a shower. Today (Sunday) I did run 4 miles on the trail at noon. It was a misty and humid morning, but that didn't stop crowds of walkers, runners, and others on TLT. Very busy. I parked over by the kayak launch and just jumped in the stream of runners. Ran to S. 1st street, got water at AS, and then back on the S side of the trail. Nothing too exciting. I did run a little faster than I should given my current fitness, but I was happy to get a few in.


For next week, I am setting a new goal. I want to run 3 mornings before work. and one longer run on next Saturday. If possible, I want to get miles up to 20. All easy running.

Nutrition goal - Buy fridge for office. Stock with healthy food. Eat Veg. 3 dinners. 2 drinks for the week.
